If you renewed your membership and your information remained the same, we ask that you continue to use your current membership card. You may request a duplicate card at the front entry between 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m., every day, or call 719-424-7830 to pay with a credit card over the phone.
* A Family membership consist of one or two adults who live in the same household and any children 18 and under who live in that same household.
Please call 719-424-7830 with an order number ready to upgrade admissions to a membership.
Tickets applied must directly reflect guests covered under the membership being purchased (i.e.
only two admission tickets can be applied to an Individual Plus membership versus a Family membership, which includes two adult admission and any child daily admission tickets purchased). Sky Ride tickets cannot be upgraded to a Sky Ride Pass.
Daily admission tickets cannot be applied to a Third Adult add-on.
